At Live for Life Aspen, we strive to provide superior transition services in a residential support setting that helps teens and young adults ages 16-21 successfully reintegrate into the community following placement from a higher level of care.
We achieve this by providing temporary housing, re-entry support services, and skill development by providing evidence-based programming.
Our approach is to engage youth in transition conversations about their futures, their dreams, and their plans and then assist youth in identifying and attaining goals in the following domains: Curriculum covers essential skills such as Communicating Effectively, Decision Making, Goal Setting, Problem-Solving, Skills for School and Beyond, Game Plan for Work, Getting the Job, On the Job, Preparing for College and Careers, and more.
